At that time, I began the process to do a loan modification with both GMAC and NACA. Each time I call either GMAC or NACA, I am told that my file is incomplete. Now, my file is finally complete with both organizations, ..... they will tell you it has to be permanent but 3 yrs is the requirement, though nobody can ever prove that, or at least I haven't heard of it.
